Keep your mind, heart, and body balanced and clear by reciting a set of essential prayers for this day of the week.
In ancient times, the order of the days of the week followed the order of the seven planetary influences, which we still use here. What modern people call "Friday " is actually the day of Jupiter. Its authentic name is Thursday, from "Thor's Day," the Nordic name for Jupiter.
It is wise to perform prayers daily in order to reject negative influences, call positive aid, and protect oneself. While there are many prayers that can be used for these purposes, the following have tremendous power, and are the select prayers we generally rely on in most cases.
Commonly, aspirants will perform these prayers before meditation, sleep, or any type of ritual. It is not required to use every one of them every time we pray; you can pick among them as you see fit. For instance, before sleeping we suggest at a minimum using a conjuration and the protective circle. In times of danger or uncertainty, add more. During times of duress, use them all.
It is advisable to perform these prayers at your altar, which at a minimum should have:

Remember that each prayer will only be effective if you are fully concentrated on the prayer and visualizing the help that you are requesting. If your mind is wandering and distracted, the effectiveness of the prayer is substantially reduced or negated entirely.
Some of these prayers are directed towards the four elements (fire, air, water, earth), which represent the four means of moving energy. These four are around us and within us psychologically. When we are disturbed, angry, confused, hurting, or experiencing any negative qualties, those states are manifesting because of the condition of the four elements within us. By conjuring those elements, we are using power to revert those elements to their normal (and beneficial) status. In general, this is what all of these prayers do: they invoke superior forces to dominate the inferior ones that are within us.

Every night before you go to sleep (and even when you practice meditation), mentally trace a magical circle around your bedroom or your house. Pray to your Divine Mother for protection. Visualize a wall of flame emerging around your room or house and trace it with your mind three times while you chant the mantra three times:
