Good day I was meditating on lust and porn (which have stopped early last year)and someone said and stated tht we should visualize the porn images to see how we suffer.
Kinda fell into identification a bit but used prayer to divine mother during meditation and mantra to help me a bit is using prayer durig the meditation of the porn images seen as obstruction
But realized now how porn made me feel it's mostly and through the orgasm, in the past I felt all kind of entities(and it fortifying pride, anger, low self esteem)now knowing how deep it was
Although prayed to divine mother for elimination(could it be that I comprehended a bit of lust and the orgasm and how it made me feel weak, lazy, prideful, and entitled)
Also want to ask again
- Is it kinda possible to not fall into identification as a beginner when meditating on lusts
- Was visualizing the scene a good decision(like how I masturbated, how it affected me,the porn scene because even tho it was heavy saw some elements I didn't want to see)

Comprehension is intuitive understanding. If you understood something, then you have comprehended something.

Be aware that for most students it takes years of daily practice to really understand how to meditate properly.

Rather than imagining the lustful scenes, focus on what was happening inside of you. Visualize everything else about those events: what was happening your three brains, and in your environment.

After that, visualize the consequences: what happened as a result of those events.

In other words, you need to see what you did not see.

Lust wants us to focus attention on the satisfaction of desire. It does not want us to see the cost.

Thanks for your response

Did a meditation today on Lust and I want aware of it but I could feel a sharp, heavy sense feeling in the heart when it came ,didn't perceive any thoughts within my intellect nor any tingle or shaking within my sexual centre but it was the heart that made me know it was lust I reviewed the vent before lust and found nothing in relation to lust.

- So went into meditation and perceived the heaviness of the heart and told divine mother to help eliminate the lust of that event.

Now asking since I didn't really perceive anything in intellect nor sexual centre is the heaviness, dense and sharpness like a type of comprehension?

Good day Alexis or any other Instructor answering this post;)
I was reading samael aun weor revolution of the dialectics and he said in self discovery about when the defects first manifested it self in our life's,(when was the last time it manifested and when was the moment the effects of the dlsuffering was much).

I assumed it was to meditate on an event or could it be like this when am angry at that moment in the evening or afternoon I will go in meditation(see when it kinda appeared the anger not only that day but like 4 or 5 days i can remember, the effects of it during the first time maybe at school and its effects and now meditate on this time also and the moment it was there)some instructors said meditate on that specific event (like maybe only that day)but samael aun weor is saying like go deeper if you can during the events and the previous effects of that anger and memory may be bad to review deeply but can start from somewhere right?
Will appreciate a response on the specific day of event or going deeper but reviewing the days the anger came out deeply.,from experience meditating on a specific day doesn't give me much data to work with seems logical

Yes. Retrospection of all events during the day is an overview. Then focus on a significant event where distinct egos acted within the field of self-observation.
